Juniors/Graduates
Talent development is one of the pillars of our mission; this has prompted us to invest a lot of energy in the growth of juniors. We want to intercept younger talents who are completing or have just completed their university or coding school education and welcome them to our team.
For young talents, we provide entry into the company through an internship path, which serves as a training period and oriented toward final employment.
During the first few months in the company, thanks to a structured mentorship program, we pair each young resource with a senior, with the aim of training them both as experts in the field and as professionals, with special emphasis on business leadership development.
As soon as the training phase is over, even the most junior figures are employed in innovative, international projects that allow them to put into practice what they learned during their studies.
In order to foster the professional growth of all employees, we have created growth plans that help resources recognize the opportunities available to them, take actions to achieve professional goals, and plan for growth within the company (and who knows, maybe one day be “Head of” a department).
